Inbred Jed's avatar made me re-watch "Deliverance".

One of my favorite scenes of all time.

Black Swan is my new favorite movie. So what if this movie isn't out yet. Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis have and sex scene.

damn, i have the script for that, but i haven't found it online. where'd ya see it, Donger?

Just found a few stills when I searched it on bing. I'm at work so everthing is blocked. found this though.

it wasn't so much the storyline but the dialogue  that made it so good.

This was surprisingly moving.

boyz in the hood right? doughboy fading out at the end made me cry but i guess that belongs in another thread.

Yeah, I was actually talking about the third movie I posted but the image didn't pop up for it. But that scene did steal a tear from my eye.

Didn't really know too much about the man, but streamed this on Netflix last night. Now I want to pick up one of his books.

Definitely do it, you've been missing out. My favorite's Women, but it's the sequel to Post Office, which is probably his most well-known novel.

It's been a long time since I saw a movie that I wanted to rewatch right after.

Finally followed through on one of Frisco's recommendations from way back. Incredible cinematography at times.

good to hear my friend, funny enough I recently re watched that one, it was great second time through

This was on tv, wow it was dark as fuck. I thought the title would be some sort of metaphor. But no, the movie is literally about a bunch of virgins killing themselves

This:

I thought it looked interesting, but to much like a Cloverfield/District 9 rip off.   Well, it had similarities, but still stood well on it's own.

Most impressive thing about it though was that it was MADE FOR $15,000.    Apparently some visual effects guy decided to write a movie and he hired 2 actors for next to nothing, bought a decent camera with some lenses and filmed the whole thing himself and did the effects.  The only thing he didn't do was the sound work.   Amazing.

surprisingly that movie only cost $15,000 to make.
After I'm done with school in a few weeks I'll have to check that movie.

That's the word. The director apparently did all the visual effects by himself using After Effects CS4. If that's all true, they put out a fucking amazing movie for almost nothing.
