i saw "the expendables", not great by any means but better than i would've expected.  terry crews and the automatic shotgun was the bees knees!

This is probably the worst movie I've seen in 3 or 4 years. However I did enjoy the killings. Mainly the pirate that get shot in half at the beginning and stone cold getting burned to death my randy couture...

^^^ Probably the best ending of any movie i've seen in my life.

Black Swan is my new favorite movie. So what if this movie isn't out yet. Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis have and sex scene.

Absolutely. The cast is fantastic.

I usually don't do theaters, but I really want to see "The Town". Heard good things. Gus Gorman? Seen it yet?

Think I laughed once during Fanboys. Dreadful.

A Korean movie called Mother. Amazing performance from the actress who played the mother.

With the kids... they liked it. Not as awesome as I remembered it being.

Didn't really know too much about the man, but streamed this on Netflix last night. Now I want to pick up one of his books.

Loved this one and so did my kids

Pretty psyched on Boardwalk Empire.

I liked the Town a whole lot, definitely one of the better movies I've seen lately.
Made me watch Gone Baby Gone, really like it.

Yeah, I was actually talking about the third movie I posted but the image didn't pop up for it. But that scene did steal a tear from my eye.

Didn't really know too much about the man, but streamed this on Netflix last night. Now I want to pick up one of his books.

Definitely do it, you've been missing out. My favorite's Women, but it's the sequel to Post Office, which is probably his most well-known novel.

It's been a long time since I saw a movie that I wanted to rewatch right after.

Finally followed through on one of Frisco's recommendations from way back. Incredible cinematography at times.

good to hear my friend, funny enough I recently re watched that one, it was great second time through

This was on tv, wow it was dark as fuck. I thought the title would be some sort of metaphor. But no, the movie is literally about a bunch of virgins killing themselves

This:

'Monsters' Trailer 2 HD

I thought it looked interesting, but to much like a Cloverfield/District 9 rip off.   Well, it had similarities, but still stood well on it's own.

Most impressive thing about it though was that it was MADE FOR $15,000.    Apparently some visual effects guy decided to write a movie and he hired 2 actors for next to nothing, bought a decent camera with some lenses and filmed the whole thing himself and did the effects.  The only thing he didn't do was the sound work.   Amazing.
