Badlands. I loved martin sheen, and thought it was a good story, but i really thought sissy spacek brought it down
a few notches with her forced acting and fake southern accent.

also, imo, fuck off if you're just posting an image or title. the least you could do is offer up your thoughts or opinions,
no matter how worthess and undesired they may be *looks at victor*

Take the sand out of your vagina. This isn't a Rotten Tomatoes messageboard.

i DL'ed inception a few night ago, it was coo but not as awesome as everyone made it out to be.

watched hostel and hostel 2  back to back, they both had their moments but nothing to write home about.

the social network was pretty good.  interesting to see how the concept of facebook came about and what a douche mark zuckerburg is.

"the american" was horrible.  upon the opening scene i thought it was going to be an action packed spy movie instead it ended up being a slow paced coma inducer.

A lot of people didn't know what they were getting into with The American and hated it, which I can understand, but I pretty much got exactly what I wanted from it.

as far as i know, it's not a 'post utter shit' messageboard either, so i think we can
at least compromise on this subject.

i think a good, neutral starting point would be for you to discontinue posting forever.

weird box art because the film is in black and white, regardless, this movie is awesome. After being introduced to Henry Fonda in "Once Upon in the West" its nice to see him play the good guy. (Which apparently he played for pretty much his whole career up until Sergio Leones film). Admittedly, I havent seen very many Henry Fonda movies, any recommendations?

Im all about older movies, the lack of technology calls for more substance.  Here's part one of one of my favorites, The Seventh Seal.  Definitely a classic.

Whichever of you fuckers recommended Waltz With Bashir, could you please include links that are either English or sub-titled next time?  Just spent 8 hours downloading a fuckin Arabic cartoon I can't decipher.

I love me some Henry Fonda.  My Darling Clementine is probably my favourite that he's in.  Other good ones: Grapes of Wrath, Fail Safe, and The Ox Bow Incident.

6.55 gb fuck.

also, are you having problems playing the file? i read the comments and now im skeptical.

no problems, I only use VLC to play any of my video files, it can play virtually every file.

if you have an HD monitor or will be watching it on an HDTV, its the only way to go

Awesome. I watched it on my HDTV and surround sound. So coooool.

A while back I stumbled on the blog of one of the graphic artists for Criterion. He had a bunch of pictures of the various stages in the covers and a ton of the finished projects, all so sick. Need to see if I can find that again.

If you find that you think you could link it? Sounds pretty damn sick
Yeah, hook us up with that blog link guy! As a Criterion fanboy, that shit has me geekin.

Speaking of Criterion I'm currently watching Le Cercle Rouge, apart from Alain Delon looking like a cross-dressing girl it's really good. You can't miss with a 60's Paris gangster flick...

Crazy movie based on a belgian book. It's about a writer who's asked to play in a band with three retarted country hicks (who are all drugged and fucked up), he sees a story in it, and fucked-up-ness ensues.

Going to see this tomorrrow, it's getting an insane limited release in my area, but I don't mind making a little trip.
I'm really excited to see this, I'm hoping it's as good as people are saying, which I'm sure is true.

how was it? Im really looking forward too it as well.

I've been watching a slew of these ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries. Most are great, and its interesting to see how the different directors approach controversial topics. I just watched the one on OJ Simpson and his murder case, wow it was an eye opener. I think I was too young to truly appreciate what was going on and how it would shape media and entertainment with "reality" tv shows. Basically showed how so much shit was popping off in sports and around NY, the Rangers had just won the stanley cup, the FIFA World Cup had just started in Chicago, and no one gave a fuck (not like Americnas care about hockey or soccer much anyways). Good doc though check it out.

This ones good too its about Reggie Millers ridiculous last second shots against the Knicks in the playoffs and his feud with Spike Lee

saw this on the bus back home, it's a french thriller from 2003 called "who killed bambi" about a doctor stealing meds to anaesthetize patients and abuse them at night, one nurse gets suspicious...

It was a weird film, but I actually liked it

also thanks for the hd version of inception, so good on a hd screen, this movie kills it!

Think I've posted this in here before, but it's such a great film.

This was so depressing. I enjoy Kevin Kline, might be my favorite part of his.
