Went to see Fast Five in the cinema last night, I really loved it, the cast was sick, the change of scenery, the post-credits clip (!)

the action was obviously sick, but unrealistic, but still, if you loved the other 4 FF films, you'll dig this one

Hobo with a Shotgun... every line is quotable. Rutger Hauer at his best, not counting Blade Runner.

Some scenes are amazing.

Every scene is amazing. I remember first seeing it when I was about 12 and I had no idea what to expect. It blew me the fuck away. One of the most intense films ever.

Watched this last night, really great performances. David Hyde Pierce is so good in everything. Funny Brad Pitt cameo as well.

Oh, and in my previous post I had mentioned that "Dog Day Summer" with Al Pacino (1967) was
a good film to watch on Netflix.

You're fucking crazy, "Dog Day Afternoon" is fucking phenomenal!
If the Netflix movie description wouldn't have given away Pacino's secret love life
the revelation near the end would've been shocking, instead I just waited for it to be revealed
boo on Netflix then, i guess

Your best bet would be too download it through a torrent and then download a subtitle for it:
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=howl+movie+subtitles#hl=en&sugexp=gsishc&pq=howl%20movie%20subtitles&xhr=t&q=howl+movie+subtitles&cp=21&qe=aG93bCBtb3ZpZSBzdWJ0aXRsZXMg&qesig=u5QGBTwnnXlRsGhZiNxxnQ&pkc=AFgZ2tkQPomZ403rGtrG0sjZFBZM8n8dVL6k1IkNJ0vPfAG9f3ctgSHPl0slgoZEf-4AB3_B2TKh-oHnWiudUhWzF5N0QcrEWA&pf=p&sclient=psy&safe=off&source=hp&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=howl+movie+subtitles+&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&fp=4d6f6ce8c32f4f53&bs=1

Then as you watch the movie, you can load the subtitle through the player. I just don't know what language you're looking for.
Thanks dude, I'm watching it right now. btw the subtitles were in english, I just can't understand it when hearing it.

Does anyone know the symbolism behind the characters with blind/defected eyes in the movie, "O Brother, Where Art Thou"? I tried to google and nothing really helped. Any idea/opinion would be great.

I always assumed that character was an allusion to Demodocus, the blind poet from the Odyssey. BUT IDK

Finally watched Old Boy.  The best foreign film (Korean) i have ever seen, and as of late, one my favorite films.
It is the most gut wrenching, dirty, mind fucking movie I have seen.   It's so wrong, but so damn good.
Amazing visuals, beautifully directed, and stellar acting.
Part of the "Vengeance" Trilogy, and all of the films are pieces of twisted art.
If you haven't seen it, watch it.  It is a must.

Holy shit, I just watched this...

easily the most fucked up movie I have ever seen...
Down by the river...

The movie is based on The Odyssey. You're an idiot if you can't figure it out from there.

Hobo With A Shotgun (2011) - Unrated Trailer [HD]

Hobo With a Shotgun:

I finally got to watch this.  It took me back to when I was in my early teens watching low budget horror flicks/b-movies.  It's pretty sick to see Rutger Hauer at his age to take a role like this and kill it.  Film nailed the exploitation era perfectly.  Fun movie check it out.

SOURCE CODE - Trailer

Source Code:
Duncan Jones second film it isn't quite as good as his debut Moon.  Gyllenhaal gives one of his better performances too probably his best since Fincher's Zodiac.  It was pretty interesting to say the least kind of a cool twist on the Groundhog Day premise of living the same thing over and over.

Well then young man, why don't you google blind characters in The Odyssey and compare them to the blind characters in the movie?
