I'm pretty ocd when it comes to watching movies at home but this pulled me in and kept me up a little later than I had planned. Comparisons sometimes set expectations towards a certain pedestal but I found this movie similar to Juno, however, I liked it a lot more. Definitely all about Kat Dennings and a little cliche at times but the dialogue/monologues are what really stand out.

Despite being a comic book fan/reader, I normally don't like most superhero movies. This one, however, is very well done - nice plot and execution and a convenient lack of cheesy, cliche superhero jokes which seem to plague most other contemporary movies in the genre. I was pleased to hear that they are planning on allowing director Matthew Vaughn to continue this as a trilogy.

The Bourne Legacy - Its like halfway through they forgot how to make a movie. Beyond belief how fucking abhorrent that was.

This might be the smoothest motherfucker I've seen in a movie. He is up there with the coolest characters ever.

I've watched it twice this week, absolutely loved it

Ditto.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

Saw Resevoir Dogs on Netflix last night, shit seemed like it could have been a sick play or something.

Also saw the American Pimp documentary.  Quotables for days.

The Boxer (1997)

One of the few Daniel Day-Lewis movies I hadn't seen. Highly recommend it.

Watching Rumble Fish now, very stacked cast.

Hard to believe Coppola made this and The Outisders in the same year
