Thought it was pretty good, big fan of Hardy's performance, he literally kicked ass. Not a huge fan of Joel Edgerton for this role, but it was okay I guess

One of the best movies I've seen all year and one of the better book-to-movie adaptations.  I enjoyed the film more than the book even though I read the book first.  It was visually stunning and we didn't even watch it in 3D.

It's been a Tom Hardy week so with Batman, Warrior and just now Bronson

Very interesting way of storytelling compared to other movies nowadays, and another stellar Hardy performance

Finally got to see it. Everyone was raving about it so the hype was built up and it lived up to and surpassed it all. I've never been a huge Bond fan but this movie has me converted. Certainly the most beautiful Bond film.

Finally got around to watching this. Really enjoyed it. Feels different than most Lynch films I've seen, still has you unsettled at times. Hopkins was really good, and there was no way I could have known that was John Hurt.

Definitely not as overtly weird and surreal as most of his stuff, despite the subject matter. Didn't really like Anthony Hopkins in it though.

Is it just me or is that thing from "From Beyond" one of the least scary looking movie monsters of all time? I guess I have to see it now to confirm/deny my suspicions.

I just saw Killing them Softly. It was really good, not as epic as Chopper (same director) but pretty close. Some dick and his girl were talking during the movie and thankfully someone told them to shut the fuck up, and they did but it was pretty distracting during a key moment in the movie. The scenes of violence were amazing and Brad Pitt's last line was perfect. See it.

and Tony Soprano is on point. I'm not sure I'm smart enough to get the correlation between Gangsters and politics/economy but that was a big part of it. I guess the film works for smart dudes and blood lust dudes all the same.
