Finally saw:

It was AMAZING.  Should I bother watching The Virgin Suicides or Marie Antoinette?

its implied that when Leo sends his girlfriend that package with the tape, presumably he sent the same tape to Wahlberg. also at the end he says to his fat friend on the roof "wheres dignam (wahlberg) i told you to bring dignam".

The Departed is in my top 5 for films, its a masterpiece, I saw it 4 times in theatres.

You're crazy. It's not even one of Scorcese's best. I liked the original better actually but neither edition was "a masterpiece".

Clue - It has some similar quirky humour like Arrested Development, definately worth a watch if you like that show

edit: based on that old boardgame

I loved this movie when it first came out (which is probably 17 years ago).

I bet if I watched it now I'd love it so much more.

saw this last night.  It was a lot better than I expected.   Val kilmer was tight.   Did he chub up for this role (like Eric Bana in CHOPPER)?? or is he just getting chubby with old age?

he's been chubbed for like 4 years now. It's a shame. He used to be one of the most handsomest men in Hollywood (yes homo).

i think the singer from the band Fear plays the cop in Clue.

this movie is pretty rad:

<img src="http://www.odditycinema.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/wildzero.jpg">

its basically a campy japanese rockabilly motorcycle dark zombie comedy starring the band Guitar Wolf.  it works on so many levels
