fingerflips and pogos.
KFC should give cockatiels with their variety bucket, so you can eat one bird and love another.

No complies, wallies, wallrides, slappies, front tails on curbs, front rocks, sweepers, disasters (on anything under 4 ft). Good ol' powerslides, front boards on ledges, Feebles on tranny... the list goes on.

sounds like my bag of tricks.

old men cheer for tricks diffrently when someone lands something. It goes from "yeah" in your twenties, to "yip" in your thirties.

Hell yeah! My old roommate is 33, and can nollie back heel big old sets, and has crazy tech shit like switch inward heel tailslides down.

But usually, anything where the foot hits the ground is an old man trick (no comply, boneless, sweeper). On tranny the straight air is out, the air to tail/disaster is in.  Styled out frontside slashes and and laybacks are also hot. Boardslides on coping with rails on your board are an old man thing too.

Haha, I feel you. I'm 17 and I also skate mostly ditches and smaller transition. I rarely even flip my board. I just have so much more fun riding.

I picked a chick up by doing a staple gun once. sometimes it pays to be oldish
[close]

Fuck I need to learn Staple Guns.

I'm reletively young and have the "old man ollie". I think I was born with it.

Where do you fit, if you have no young man tricks, and only a couple of old man ones too? Fuck. Im going to concentrate on getting all the oldies dialed.

No complies, wallies, wallrides, slappies, front tails on curbs, front rocks, sweepers, disasters (on anything under 4 ft). Good ol' powerslides, front boards on ledges, Feebles on tranny... the list goes on.

I think I really need to work on my tranny skills. I have none what so ever. Ever since I was 15 my favourite dude at the skatepark has been the guy who showed up on the 8.5er with the soft yellow wheels that just 50-50, Wallied, and No Complied the shit out of everything. On his own. And then left.

Oh man. Such an old man party; there's even a Juice magazine logo on the pool coping.

Oh, and the backside pivot to fakie is the quintessential old man trick.

I'm just getting to this old man stage (I'm 28)

My old man tricks are frontside grabs where I'm all hunched over and shit, and pretty much anything I seem to do on transition is an old man trick.

Transition is the official terrain for old men.

this is my friend Dan, he's 32 and he's probably the best skateboarder I know

this is real recent

and this is from a Thrasher forever ago

I'd have to say his old-man tricks are fs pivot fakies popped out like blunts, and blunt to nosebashes on just about anything, also crazy street grabs like kickflip melons and sw ollie japan grabs down huge gaps (they're sick)
I rarely venture into classic slap and the one time I do it I find a guy getting his dick eaten by a dolphin.
