Germany was the picture of mediocrity today. That last goal was good though.

I thought Germany was fairly offensively dominate throughout the entire match. Their defense was pretty shite though. Two shots on goal and two goals allowed? Gotta step that shit up, kids.

I also though that first goal was really great. Gave me goosebups.

Anyone see the Ozzie vz Japan game ?

That was fucking great the Socceroos looked totally fucked the second half was great and then 3 Ozzie goals in the last 5 minutes man that was insane, the Japaneses didn't know what the fuck was going on hahaha, classic match, i'm stoked on the Socceroos at the moment - and it's there first world cup.

I still root for

Iran, Ivory Coast, Togo and Switzerland simply due to the office draw ! ! !

holy shit that was a weird game. I thought it could have gone to either side, australias defence was so shit, but japans attack was real bad too. stoked the socceroos won it, but fuck the australian crowd, booing when people get injured. lets go kill brazil now

Japan vs. Australia sucked. Japan were denied a clear penalty. that would have made it 2:1 for japan. But instead the suckeroos won. fuck that.
Also it wasn't their first world cup, only their first world cup goal.

it wasnt a clear penalty. The guy fell on his own accord. Japan's goal on the other hand was preceded by a clear foul (on the part of the japanese).
