HOLY SHIT...I was just getting a drink and I noticed something halfway up the drain in my sink.  I leaned in closer for a look and found a little plant growing in there.  AAHAHAHA!!!  I should probably be bummed cause it's probably clogged with so much gross shit...but I'm actually so stoked!!

Weekly assignment complete! Usually it's so hard to get the motivation to do something college related on a saturday morning but since there seems to be no chance of even leaving the house today (it couldn't be raining any more!) I thought I'd get some work done. Also I just found out my friend is able to get plywood for pretty cheap for the mini-ramp that we are making.

best movie ever

my homie pedro lives in this old mountain mill that's been transformed into an artist commune and i was out there chilling a few weeks ago, his downstairs neighbor was a leading puppeteer in that movie. Dude's space is filled with muppets, sesame st, and Eureka's Castle artifacts. Dude was far out. He is a 50 year old kid, he's got 5000sq feet filled with toys, giant puppets, artwork, guest tents, and anything else that was cool as a kid that might be imagined... og star wars for days...... shit was rad

It's so crazy how you guys down in the southern states are stoked on snow.  When it snows up here in Canada, it's the biggest fucking bummer, cause we know we ain't gettin rid of this shit for a good 5 months.

Gotta take it into perspective though... last year it snowed here for the first time in my adult life... now we've had two consecutive snows... north Louisiana and sometimes central get snow, but it NEVER snows down here. Ours was sucky one one hand because it rained a lot before the snow, so it wasn't powdery and awesome and fucking thick, but I'm stoked that it's all melted away and the park was try today.

Anyway, also stoked on seeing snow again, and more stoked that I could skate outside concrete today.

Edited to add:
This was the big snow we had last year. Fucking gnarly, except that we didn't have power for about two weeks...

I totally get it.  It's just funny seeing the different perspectives on it.  I was talking to these kids when I was in Australia who had never seen snow in their life, and they thought being from Canada must be SOOO AMAZING!!  But it's mostly just a fucking nuisance to us.  Too much of a good thing I guess.

Has anyone ever got anything printed by them? I've always wanted to try, $2000 would be awesome.
