I guess the mixture is supposed to make you sweat out whatever bug you got. i recommend it.

I just found out that one of my mom's old boyfriends (from when I was a little kid) just died from a long bout with cancer. After watching my dad die from cancer I always said that I wouldn't wish that shit on anyone. I forgot about Dennis. He used to beat the shit out of my mom and fuck with me relentlessly when I was like 5-8 years old. I've never been so happy that someone died from cancer. The only thing I'm not stoked on is that he's not still suffering. I texted my mom and asked where he was buried so I could go dance on his grave.

went to skate a ditch today with a few friends, and we heard some people skating it as we were walking down. we turn the corner and i look down, and it's motherfucking marc johnson! i accidentally yelled something to the effect of "holy shit marc johnson!"
BA, vincent alvarez and two other guys, plus their filmers and a photographer were all there filming for the chocolate video. I talked and skated some flatground with them while vincent got a ridiculous front hurricane to fakie on a huge, crusty bank to ledge. i was so stoked i got to meet some of my childhood heroes today. BA is a really nice guy, as is vincent.

after that, we went and skated a park by knott's berry farm and kevin romar was there ripping. i gotta say it was a good day
