Almost 8 months sober. Hyped on that. I did 11 months straight before and busted badly. My pancreas fucked out and I almost died in hospital. So I'm almost at 8 months now.

Haha yup. I was Hufs Calve Muscles but I forgot my info (drunk maybe). I haven't posted on here in ages but I still look now and then.

The whole Jason Jesse was my first taste of SLAP again in a long time. What a head fuck that was. Well it was quite simple but around page 50 I stopped. Same things over and over.

i remember you, a graet big australian w/ suboxin script.
good for you man. i've been thinking about drinking [i'll be 8 yrs in november].
we'll see, i've been at parties and not drank or smoked cigs, i promise myself that at 50 i can go back to all that.
i've been writing zines, stoked on that.
printed my 2nd issue and typing number 3. drinking made me a good writer in my suicidal 20s but i'm kind of getting my stride back sober.

i went to go have a piss behind a dumpster and these were just sitting there. they had hella cobwebs in them but they hardly look worn and as a bonus they have no strange odor plus they are my size. i need to clean the fuck out of them though. i still can't believe it.

Congrats!

I cant do em anymore, but ronnie creager inspired me to learn them in like 92' 93 ish

I could land em pretty easy but very hard to roll away from

Took me a good month or two of landing almost everyone to roll away

Pretty sick feeling. Back in the day that was pretty much the ultimate trick

Also kostons up a 3 stair blew my fuckin mind

guys, I'm so with you on that trick. to me it still remains the ultimate trick, like no matter what other shit you do, if you have a good one you're golden. I first learned it back in 2005 or so, my inspiration was Guy Mariano, Javier Sarmiento and a lot of people back then who had crazy good ones. I had just learned nollie 360 flips and one day realized I had the switch counterpart on lock, I wouldn't miss one, I was so stoked. then the next day I couldn't really do it anymore like it had just disappeared overnight and till a couple of months ago, they never clicked again. I finally got them good now and it feels amazing. as soon as I started getting it, I'm sure I literally spent most of the next month going in circles around the park trying lines of 360 flips in every stance. I really nerded out on that shit. sw manual sw 360 flip 3 up 3 down is the best trick ever done.
