I agree that George Bush should be impeached, but two things about this scare me:

1. NSA wiretapping tapped foreign people without warrants. The fact that they were on the phone with people from America doesn't matter; wiretapping a foreign citizen does not require a warrant.
2. Also, he could just as easily win this case; if it did, the precedent from it would lead to even more extreme behavior out of American presidents in the coming decades.

If they're going to try to impeach him, the case has to be completely airtight.
