its stupid to buy into any if not all of the information in these movies, the first one was proven to be bullshit and this one most likely will be too,

but if you take it for face value as entertainment its such a fun watch and probably no more skewed and biased than most of our news sources anyway. thanks for the link i love watching these things

To be honest no, the other one seems a lot more propaganda ish. This one I really liked like if you think about the fundamental idea of what the whole movie suggest is fucking insanely deep but very positive.

I really recommend watching the whole thing with a very open mind. Some of the shit in there is just plain true also for the people saying it's bias, technology for one is slowly being leaked for profit we all know it.

As much as I really enjoy watching these, I know a chick who just started working with these guys and she says that a lot of the stuff they put into these films has not really had very much research done, as far as names, facts, etc..  so im sure theres a lot of false promises and opinions in there.  But im sure theres probably some facts/truth to it as well.

All that put aside though its deff a good watch.

Its because they have done their research and most if not all the facts are backed up with references. Its better for them if they pretend its doesn't exist at all

I seriously want to fuckin punch the dude in the face that makes these. Yeah they're interesting but in the videos he makes himself the final authority, telling you that you should only question the things he doesn't believe in, and if you don't agree with him you're just weak like the rest of the world.  Addendum was so fucking regular blaming everything on the monetary system, if  any thought was put into this movie whatsoever he would realize that technology is completely driven by the monetary system, the monetary system creates incentive to create, engineer, and invent, and allows technology to develop and grow at a skyrocketing rate.  And the venus project had me even more irate, you honestly believe a society could exist without police, laws, jobs, or any of that, that everyones just gonna join hands for the better good, get the fuck out of here humans are greedy by nature and always want more. and thats just one reason was project venus would be a absolute complete utter fucking disaster.  The only thing that was eye opening in this Addendum, that the creator is self righteous self loving prick, who needs to do a little more research before he makes these.

i can't decide what position i'm on with this. either they're right and there's loads of people who find it too different to believe it's possible, or the people who made it just want to believe something that's so different thus (in their minds) must be possible.

i felt a little pressured when the whole either-you're-with-us-or-you're-not bit came up, ordering me to change my life, and it's something i feel i've been warned against my entire life. like joining a commune. but either they're crazy, or the higherups want us to think they are.

so- am i with it, against it, or indifferent to the situation?

to be honest, although i'd like to say i'm indifferent, i feel like im leaning towards them on some matters. especially when it comes to gas companies suppressing electric cars, and all the other such cases, because i've looked into those before, and it makes sense. however, they made nuclear energy look like a big cloud of evil, which it isn't exactly- it's just really expensive.

i really don't know. i think i'll let it settle for a while, and then see where i stand.

see, now i think it would be really amazing. i doubt it will happen in our lifetime, but if it did, it would be rad. it makes a lot of sense to me.
