hope you've been there before, 12th and A doesn't physically exist. What time though? I'm coming into Penn Station and if you think its gonna be dry I might as well bring my board..

last i heard(this past fall), it was only open a few afternoons because they had other school activities going on.
i don't see many kids running out to play basketball, soccer, or any other sports in freezing temps.
only skaters man up and brave the cold!
in any case, there should be plenty of other spots to hit.

you have to hop the fence. on the 11th street side theres a rock wall where you climb around the fence.
