I tore the AC Ligament in my shoulder and was wondering if anyone has done the same and what they did about it(if anything).

Yea thanks, I kind of assumed as much. Muscles and ligaments never seem to heal up right.

Well I tore the ACL in my knee and had surgery, 6 months later it feels better than my other knee. Get it fixed, you wont regret it.

My advice is to see a doctor, a good one. Get surgery if you must and do physio. Its your body man. Its all you really got. I fucked up the ligament in my ankle last year (I know its not a shoulder) at first I was just gonna chill and do nothing about it. My mom and my girlfriend convinced me to see and doctor. Its been only 6 months since I got hurt and my ankle is feeling really good.

If your in America and can't afford it, just marry some dumb Canadian girl and use our health care system.
