SLAP + Real ad contest!

If you haven't seen the news on our homepage or at Deluxe, there's a new and on-going contest Real and us are joining forces on- it's a chance for you, yes YOU, to design Real ads! This is exclusive to SLAP forum members. Every week a new SLAP pal will be picked to design an ad (you can actually lay it out or even just give them sketches or ideas) and then have their ad run for a week on the SLAP site. Every four weeks there'll be a run-off from the past four ads that you can vote on at dlxsf.com- the winning ad maker gets all kinds of cool stuff. Who knows what this might turn into for somebody with good ideas. Check the details...

By the way, this is an idea Jim Thiebaud came to me with because he knows how much good stuff comes out of the SLAP forum, so support that...

sounds like it can be just about anything you want so long as it says "Real skateboards" somewhere on it. check the details on their site...

When i spoke with jim when i did mine
he was really cool and gave me tons of info about what was going on with manifest before it happened
really stoked on dlx!

So stoked about this!
Definitely going to crank up Photoshop, but I'm really stoked that Pals are going to be creating this stuff... there really is a goldmine of talent around here.
