..does a deck cost in Mexico.
I'm going there tomorrow and just realized that mine doesn't fit into my bag and I don't want extra luggage. And because I live in Vienna, I consider 75 euros for a deck still a good price.

Why does it cost so much for a Euro-brand? It seems like a company could open it's own factory in Europe and be able to sell a board for the same price as in the U.S. unles its really high cost to import the wood from Canada. Also, boards in Canada are expensive too as I've heard, yet thats where the wood comes from. I assume this is because the canadian companies get the decks built by a mass manufactuar in the states rather then putting down the money, which they probably don't have, to build their own factory as well. I don't know if this is the case, I'm just guessing here, anyone care to add any insight?
let me just name a few of the hammers in this video...

i think the price in europe is so high because of taxes, i cant see another reason really, cause decks here are pretty cheap (about 65$ for a pro deck or so... its ok) and its a greater distance from the us comparing to europe
board prices in the UK are also crazy

clientele.

U.S. brand boards are generally very expensive in other countries because of import taxes. Shop markups can also differ slightly; at my local shop boards are about $95 canadian but I usually don't pay that much.

see that pisses me off cause wouldnt you think that a buying a board in canada would be cheaper as of late because of the rise of the canadian dollar (0.88 USD), but boards are still the same price and even more then what they were 5-6 years ago.
