Occasionally, I get really depressed at how much skating has blown up in the last 10+ years, and that kids don't know Drake Jones from Lennie Kirk. But then shit like Jereme Rogers' rap career comes along and I feel it's almost worth it. I mean, this shit is as whack as Dion Sanders' rap album. No way a pro skater could get away with this in '94 -- he would have been a footnote in Thrasher at best (maybe fodder for Wez Lundry's music column or something).
