i don't see how you can be amused by slams if you're older than 15...

I'm not a big fan of seeing a ton of slamtages, but if it's included in a part, and the dude makes it, it gets me even more stoked. The one Slash took on the super long rail in the Fallen video bummed me out. If he get's the trick, it's golden.

Rowley's opening slam in Sorry always stood out in my mind as insane. Then his slam over the handcap rail in Really sorry where he takes out feet always stood out as well, it went perfect with the music and he some how made it look good. Only Rowley

have any of you guys taken a slam that left you all shaken up? i slamed on a hubba a few years back and it was a really frightening slam, i'm just now starting to get the confidence back to skate bigger obstacales. it took at least two years for me to get that scared feeling from the slam to go away and not live in the back of my head while skateboarding.

^hahaha! They don't even care if he's hurt or not. They are just hyped that he actually tried that. I think I could here several people laughing when he ate shit. Of course, he dives head first in an attempt to clear it. I don't see how that helped.
Anybody remember that slam in the old physics wheels video where the dude lands on his head and blood starts streaming out of either his head or his neck? Its been a while. But that one has always freaked me out

i remember reading an interview with Arto way back probably around when Sorry dropped where he was saying how he almost prefers to take a few hard slams when attempting something scary just to be like 'well that was as bad as it could be' and get the blood flowing before taking care of the trick

man arto's would of had to be one of the worst, laying in his own vomit and all...

rowley's noseblunt to slam on his face, and his other one where he just bounces when he misses the handrail. and yeah the one where his feet clip.

those few of slash in rts trying that big fuck off rail were insane, too. the one in his part where he slides right down the whole thing on his stomach.

thankyou.. that was more ridiculous than i remember. his bail technique of headbutting the last few steps needs some work but i reckon he could have it.

Yesterday I slammed into a fence post, and subsequently the fence, said post was holding up. It hurts to walk today.

Anyone seen the video Urban Rubble? If you're from Seattle or Denver you probably have. Slap's own Yeah Dude! starts off the slam section with a face smash that haunted him even at his wedding reception, the section is then closed out by a slam that involves a chain and a 6 or so foot drop. It's a good one.
