I figure a good amount of people on here have a cruiser set up that they bum around on. I would assume most people are going to have have zip zingers/zaggers etc, regardless I wanna see them. I am planning on buying one soon seeing as I'll be moving somewhere I can use it, so any suggestions/advantages/disadvantages would be appreciated.

i have one of those zero rattray zip zinger type boards. the wheelbase is the same as a regular board, so it doesnt feel weird. it also has a skeleton swamp monster thing smoking a cigarette, which is the most important feature of a skateboard.

We need Malto to release the pic of Biebel drunk in an elevator with his wiener hanging out.

True, but big soft wheels making cruising city streets a lot nicer.

All you need is the wheels, everything else can be recycled from past setups.  Cruising on big soft wheels is worth it, 10 times easier getting places as apposed to a regular board.

Although i do understand your $$ dilemma, but there is a massive difference in your mindstate when out on the cruise.
Bigger softer wheels and a board thats obviously not really meant for kickflipping a 7 stair or backtailing your bench(although if so inclined it could be feasible) but the cruiser is for those days when your legs feel dead and the motivation to flip your board is less than 0.Yet you've finished season 5 of the office and theres no pot stickers to gorge yourself on, so you do the only thing you know, roll. Enjoying the simplest part of skateboarding,in it's purest form and free from the scrutiny your local park holds and void of that gnawing feeling of needing to film everything you do.
Get one, they tend to last forever and can be more fun than you'd ever imagine. Often times i find myself grabbing that to go roll around than my normal board.

i think i'm the only one riding just big hard wheels. I like powersliding too much to run the softies.

personally anything over a 52 to me is a little too big but i ride lows so thats just me. Different strokes for different folks i suppose. I've got 55 stf's on that creature and i love em for the job they do, fast and loud. They get some good use up at baldy pipe every other week when the weather is hot.

damn, that is fucking gross dude.

My friend J.J. owns Funhouse Skateboards and does all of the artwork. As you can probably tell, he has this extreme fixation with skulls. He also does some illustration for Thrasher Magazine so you may have seen some of his other work in the past....

I wish I had something to post here, too. I'm too frugal to pick up a zip zinger and some bigger wheels.
