anyone use a 5bro cruiser before?

Yep, the 8 inch one. There isn't alot to say, the wood is good and the shape is good. If you want that size, its a great choice

thinking about picking up that 8.4 Welcome deck with the square tail, looks so fun.

I know this has been discussed but what wheels do you guys have on your cruisers? I love the idea of pushing fast and cruising for longer but I don't want soft ass wheels that i can't powerslide on.

The only thing you nerds grind down is yer keyboard keys.

Was it brand new when you bought it?? Me personally, would never skate that deck.

Is it an original or a re-issue?? I don't remember them ever re-issuing that series......

It?s a re-issue. If it would be the original board I?d hang it on the wall.

http://www.unionfive.fi/product_details/24224/ There is a Rudy Johnson board re-issue from the same place where I bought mine.

had this deck for about 6 years, used it for 5...finally painted over the weird image that it used to have last night...came out pretty sick after almost 3 whole cans of spray paint and countless paint overs...the cracked pattern came about by mistake and im hyped on it  ;D

Creature Coffin Riders, got it brand new for 15 bucks from a friend
Ace 33
58mm krpytos
Bones red bearings
Indy hardware

Kind of hard to ride, but fun, going to using it mostly for my dogs to pull me and for slalom skating. You can see my big dogs leg in the background, this was ride before we went on a skate yesterday.

Been thinking of getting an Earthwing Executioner deck, anyone ride one before? Or have another suggestion?

Don't have that one, but I do have the 9in one with the black/white stripes in the background and that thing is a tank. It seems thicker maybe 8 ply, has some nice wheel wells, and the top layers isn't beveled, so it's sharp instead of rounded of like a typical deck. I think it's so your feet stay on the board better. Pretty steep concave too. It has a long wheelbase too.
