I never figured out how to nollie flip, or switch flip, for that matter.

Somehow my brain and body cant make the connection. I've given up.

hardflips, 360 flips. I spent two weeks straight trying to learn 360 flips, might have gotten two. ever since then I've never dedicated so much time to learning any trick. I got so bummed, spending hours trying to 360 flip with the only result being torn up shoes.

another trick I never could do was tailstall/slide bs revert out. I know they look better, I've just never been able to do them on anything other than a mellow bank.

all normal stance heel flip variations can lick my balls... all of them are 1000 time hard normal than switch for me.  The only one I ever had at some point was hard heels, which was probably 93.
bs smith
bs no comply
fs krooks
balanced bs nose grinds
g turns, which leads to really shitty nose wheelies.  Does anyone call then wheelies anymore?  Or just nose manual?

Not a trick I never learned just a trick I never do: switch varial heels.  I did them over and over til I "got them" then I stopped doing them because they weren't fun to me.  Now my probability of landing them is pretty much random.

Also does anyone find that some tricks you can do off stuff better than on flat? (FS 360)

360 flips because I tried learning them too early and my muscle memory is fucked. I can do them switch though. I suck at bs 180s so I can't do bs lipslides/tailslides too.

I've been skating for awhile, and there are still a ton of tricks I still haven't learned. When it comes down to it, I'm just a very slow learner. There have been tons of people that I know who started skating way after I did and ended up 100x better than me despite starting later than me.
Tricks that I've never learned:
Other than varial heels and the occasional front heel, I can't really do anything else with heelflips, not even just a regular heelflip. I don't know why, but heelflips and heelflip variations, including switch and nollie heel tricks, are just the hardest thing in the world for me.
Tre flips. I can get really close to them but I still have never landed one to this day. I can get fakie tres every now and then, but regular tre flips is something i still need to work on.
Switch flips and nollie flips. Just never really bothered to practice them; still can't do them to this day.
Oh yeah, and a handful of grind & slide tricks

Any variation of a heelflip. I did a switch heel and a nollie heel back in '99 just to say I landed those two tricks. Haven't tried either one since.

When I came to the realization that illusion flips weren't really frontside flips, I lost that one too -- sometime around '99 also. (Honestly, I only focus on kickflips, backside flips, 360 flips, fakie flips, and switch flips.)

When I was a kid -- back in '95 -- I watched a lot of Jason Lee, Matt Reason and Eric Pupecki footage. I remember spending hours each day practicing 360 flips. Consequently, I can do that trick pretty much whenever, but everything else sucks. I figured I might as well get a couple down well and call it a day.  (Also, I have a rule: If a trick wasn't in Trilogy or Eastern Exposure 3, it doesn't exist. It keeps me sane around all the 12-year-old kids who pop nollie flip K-grinds all day...little bastards.)

Switch/Nollie Heelflips....I messed up the timing on these when I tried to learn them and now it already feels weird if I put my feet in position.
I'm also constantly in a fight with 360 flips, I have to land a few every session or I lost them the next time.

I had to get surgery on the femur bone where it meets in my knee because of a nollie heel, fucking sucks. Dont think i will be wanting to do those anymore.

I think it extremely unlikely that I'll ever land a laser flip.

ever since i broke my right foot i feel like i'm learning tricks all over again, right now i'm barely getting over the fear of hurting my foot again, like some times i'll get scared and bail the foot, sometimes it may seem as if i'm doing footplants when in fact i'm just trying to bail.

i've given up on relearning nollie flips and fs flips for the moment.

Blunt to fakie on transition.  5-0 to fakie and pivot fakie are some of my most comfortable tricks on transition and it seems like everyone who can blunt to fakie says they are way easier than any 5-0 to fakie variation.  I just can't seem to grasp the concept of popping off the coping, for example I can't even do blunt to rock to fakie.  Oh well, maybe one day.

I don't really have any switch grinds but I'd like to start stepping my switch game up.
