that plastic fake wood grinds & slides so easy.

but honestly gets boring. all of our city benches are made with it.

im not sure but im pretty sure you can find it as plastic decking material at any home depot. it's kind of expensive but it's worth it in my opinion.

I believe it's portland cement. The main dude who built one of our DIY spots said to make sure I use portland cement, otherwise it'll be rough and crappy.
[close]
portland is only part of the equation. you need the rocks(aggregate) for strength. you want to float the rocks down with a mag(magnessium) float, and bring up the cream(portland). you can add a few scoops of portland to each bag that you mix. check out the d.i.y. section of skatepark.org  good luck
^this^

also, you just gotta KEEP WORKING THE CRETE. a lot of people see how crappy it apears at first, assume they fucked up somehow, and abandon ship. DON'T. the longer you run the magnesium float, the more the cream will rise and the rocks will sink.

i've always wanted to see a waterfalled spine.
kinda like a really big polejam, but with trannies on the sides.

we build a really janky version out of wood for a fundraiser awhile back, and it was super fun.

funny you say that cuz i've spent the last 2 weeks sweeping out this ditch and steeling long ass parking blocks. we've pretty much built a skate park at this place. here is one obstacle...

be careful with that shit, me and a couple buddies stole a parking block for our diy project and got caught. $250 fine and a misdemeanor of larceny <$200.

I remeber going out with Vegan Shawn and stealing parking blocks for his old mini ramp. We did it in the middle of the day from an abandoned fred meyers. I don't think anybody even looked twice. I was always a little more careful when I would steal those orange plastic road barriers. Those things are great.
