I'm slowly, but surely losing my battle with manic-depression.
Going from high to low to high again is really starting to wear me out. I can't help but feel like something bad is on the horizon.. I'm legitimately scared, but I can't talk to anyone that I'm close with without them telling me that I'm just overreacting...
I hope that I can hold out a little longer..
I love you all.

That's a harsh feeling, and a completely warranted one if you're constant shifting between the "phases". Is there a university around you or something? If it has a psychology program, chances are you can get treatment for cheap. Don't rely on friends or the SO for venting, seek actual therapy if you're able to. I couldn't get my usual psych hook-up at the local university, but they managed to forward me to somewhere where I could get cheaper therapy sessions. They're part of what keeps me functioning. Hit me up if you'd like to talk.

edit: forgot a whole sentence

Sometimes the lows are good for you my friend.

Like mentioned, feel free to PM me if you just need someone to talk to. I may not respond right away, but I'll respond.

I hat some rough mental periods in my time, time is what helped. Your brain is always changing, but slowly. Is there a reason for it or does it just happen?

my phone is broken, so i've been having to use my mom's old phone as a backup.  my mom died 2 years ago and the phone hasn't been turned on since.  i'm seeing old text messages, photos, emails, etc and its kind of freaking me out.
