It's hard for me to explain, hence the ''please help'' in my initial post. I found that when I thought about the issue, everything I came up with was basically what I would describe as a first-world problem (oh no! I might have to pay more for porn and torrenting music!!!).

What I do know is :
-Money is power.
-People of colour have less money.
-Internet service providers, like most corporations, are amoral and motivated by money and profits.

So, yeah, surely there's a link to be made, I just don't know exactly how to do it. And for that, I guess I hate myself.
