So Child of the Ghetto put out the challenge that in ONE YEAR he could be better than someone at skating transition if he really tried.
I would be willing to bet that if i skated transition for a year i would be better than 90% of the people on slap at that, too.
I honestly want someone to take me up on the challenge that I'll be better than them in a year if i start skating transition.
I decided to take him up on it. I even offered to learn Nollie Heel Noseslides as well.
You got yourself a deal. I will try to learn nollie heel noseslides too (I'm not kidding either...I think it's a sick trick, I just think lots of different types of skateboarding are rad). So December 2010 you have to be able to do at least anything I can do in any transition that I can skate.
After a bit of deliberation...COTG accepted.
How are you only going to be able to have to do nollie heel noseslides, and i would have to do everything. You don't even realize that those are my warm up. I do those damn near every try. You guys really don't have a grasp on how many tricks i have.

Hey...you came up with the challenge pal. I'm just saying I'm willing. Plus you do have the advantage of living in Cali. I won't be skating much at all till around the end of March.
Yea I'm down, i don't care. Anything to show you guys how easy, and lame transition is.
So it's on kids. It will be a full year in the making. I'm willing to put money down on this as well if COTG is. I can only imagine that some of you may wish to do the same. This should be a fun little contest...and my hopes are that COTG will recognize the fun in and value of transition skating.
Here are a couple videos of me...just to give COTG an idea of what he is up against. I'm by no means amazing...but I definitely have a few years of experience skating bowls and ramps. Let the games begin!!
