Is there any skatepark (besides Washington St.) in SD that doesn't require pads and a YMCA membership?

I've hit Poway a bunch of times and that place is pretty fun.  What's up with that Rancho Penasquitos (sp?) park?  I also heard rumor of parks out in Chula Vista that aren't pay to play but no details.

I hit up two spots (well... maybe 1.5 spots) off of E. Palomar in Chula Vista.  I don't know if it's worth driving all that way for but at least it was something different.
