thanks man,it's not exact replica like the grid don't go near the ledge in the real old spot,
but i added some more barca spots in there like the molins del rey banks, the grid ledge across the street from macba,i used that a lot, sants stairs to gap and that downward manual spot,i can't remember the name it's dead now.

My dude in Skate 3 (who I named after myself) looks like a straight cholo. I love that they let you wear your shirts like that (single button up top).

I suck at this game, 360 flips are hard to do, probably harder than in real life.

trust me you'll get used to em

Manolo you're way too good at this game. You put out some crazy footage. The park is great too. I tried it out earlier.

I've played Skate 3 for a week now and have fully explored Port Carverton. I have to say this new city is disappointing.  It's not bad, but it's not nearly as good or unique as San Vanelona from Skate 1.

i dont know how anyone actually thinks s1 has better spots than s3. you either like them more because of nostalgia, or you just hate change, either way s3 is 100 times better

On this one mission where I had to follow Mike Carrol to some place, he got stuck in a ledge and just kept pushing without moving, so I smashed him with my board. It was hilarious but it worked.

That said, the map in Skate 3 is the only thing I'm not really stoked on (short of the stupid fitting pants). It doesn't feel like a city at all anymore, and while there's sick spots everywhere there's just something missing about it without roads and stuff. Plus the Quarry and the Memorial Park are gigantic wastes of space.

No waaaay!! I've been spending tons of time there; you just need to look at it differently. It's easy to get stuck in a rut but there's tons of stuff that just doesn't stand out at first. Also, get on top of the two buildings there to find some sick glass "Louvre"-style banks/wallrides.

i tried finding this spot but i must have went on the wrong buildings. which ones is it? do you have any footage of spot

The community center by itself is better than all of port carverton. plus there's the school, art gallery, LL Regs, Parkade, & EMB. I played the game last week - There's no nostalgia, the city is just better. But what I miss most about OG San Vanelona is that most every spot was unique. Way too much of Port Carverton is copy/pasted to where you have 6 identical spots just to fill space.

I'm not trying to hate on Skate 3 though. I love it and Port Carverton has plenty of good spots. I was just expecting a little more.

the community center isnt even that good at all, i dont know why everyone jerks off over it. either way, you're going to be able to download san van eventually anyways so it doesnt matter

I wish they would change the pros animations or something, seems like the only one with anything different is Carrolls kickflips.

I like how many simple little ledgy spots are in the new city. Had a little gap session at this spot the other night:

The fakie tre probably took me longer than it would take to do in real life over a gap, lol...

its pretty fun and its nice having new shit to skate but it still doesn't beat skate 1. the spots were just so much better, and downtown was so perfect. if it had walking and create a park then ea could just stop the series at that because it'd be a perfect game

I was really disappointed when I realized that the only time you've got the option to play around with DOF, contrast, exposure etc. for photographs is when you're doing photo challenges and not just whenever.

And we should've been able to change all that stuff in videos too.

Definitely Mariano inspired from that curved ledge in FF
