  • SLAP OG SLAP OG : Been around since SLAP was a mag.
Like many others before me, I have built up a small collection of boards that I hang on my walls as art.  I have been slowly growing the collection for the last ten years or so.  It was not until I added the re-release of the Chocolate Bar Scene did I realize... "Damn, are these things going to even last?"  I was too scared to even take them out of the plastic.  Sure, there are people that have boards for the 80s and even 70s hanging on their walls for years, but those were screen printed.  In a world where skateboard graphics no longer get smudged, but flake off from just riding, what precautions should one take to ensure that the art is preserved?  Am I being too cautious, or is this a real concern?  I'm interested in what others think about this, and what you have done for your heat transfer hangers.
