Koston did a back tail kickflip out in Falling Down, which came out in like 1993, and my buddy was about 15 when he learned them in or around 1998. That trick is old as shit and you are easily shocked.

Alright I just watched that part and while the dude is obviously good, I'm curious as to what everyone is so psyched about. I'm going to do something outrageous here and say that I think Tom Asta is a little boring. Undeniably good at skateboarding (the super long nollie crook was awesome), but something about his style just really dulls everything he does for me.

i find him a bit boring myself, but undeniably amazing. and he does have a ridiculous bag of tricks. a few years ago when he was a baby, i watched him in the philly es' game of skate. he HOUSED. when it was his turn, he did something like 25 straight tricks without missing. and they werent like nollie shuvits or something, like legit shit. this kids definitely got it.
