she stated that her son was a rich very succesful pro skater, and this was years after he had fell off. it was basically a lie. i dont think an average pro skater ever was as rich as she claimed on that site. really strange. she preached the money gospel.
It's a mom talking about her son, I think it's sweet of her. Also, rich and successful is relative. If faceless dudes jabbering on the internet have heard of you, that's a famous skateboarder. And if you ever made a couple gs/month for doing kickflips, you're richer than 99.9999% who will ever do it. That's an actual statistic that I just made up.
