Hey there everyone, I have started a small board company as a fun side project and thought I would post about it. Sinking Ship Skates is the name and our website is www.sinkingshipskates.ca. We are offering 2 board models ranging in size from 7.75 to 8.25, and the boards were made by Canada's own Control MFG. We are also doing small runs of Tees and Hoodies all of which are available from our online store at www.sinkingshipskates.bigcartel.com.  We are running a small team right now consisting of Lethbridge Locs Roger Bruinsma and Anthony Thielen, although we are always on the lookout for new riders.  Anywho if you guys get the chance check out the site and give me some feedback, thanks.

Yeah prices are in Canadian and include shipping and grip. The prices are a little high just cause shipping is really expensive. Buy more than one thing and the shipping goes way down, even if its a shirt or hoodie. I really wish I could ship for less but everywhere I have tried its pricey. But yeah buy more than one thing and the shipping will go way down.

My bad, didn't see that prices included shipping.  That's pretty fair actually.  How much would the total be if one was to order say, 5 decks?

Hey dudes thanks for the feedback, right now I am plugging away trying to get into canadian shops but everything is funded out of my pocket so I don't have a big budget to work with for ads and such. But hopefully peeps will start seeing things in their local shop soon.

Canada is a much cleaner and friendlier place than America. All the people have this mellow maple syrup look to their faces.

Yeah def a lot worse places than Alberta. Anyways for the next couple of weeks anyone who orders a deck will get a shirt thrown in for free. Here are a couple of videos from the last few weeks featuring some of our team and locals from Lethbridge http://vimeo.com/13188959 and http://vimeo.com/12965972. Also if anyone is all about Facebook you can become a fan by searching Sinking Ship Skates.
