They resemble the kind of shoes you would find in a high-street Men's clothing chain store... i.e: really cheap looking. No thanks!

i know I said this before, but a couple seasons in, HUF footwear is going to look a LOT better, they're just testing the waters right now with conservative designs, most of the people that are working on the shoes aren't used to designing shoes from the ground up, have some patience.

yeah, but no company's first line of shoes is gonna be killer, its a bunch of conservative choices to set the tone. it's a good start.

i'm pretty sure i'm gonna skate these...i've seen the samples and the high looks like a good alternative to a hi dunk for me and they're gonna be cheaper. I like the fact that they did a cupsole versus just following everyone else w. vulcanized...

Sorry, I don't buy my skate shoes from sneakerhead boutiques. Call me crazy, but I don't like being rung up for some skate shoes right behind a guy buying ALife shoes and a Crooks & Castles tee. Respect to Huf but those are a far cry from a skate line.

I would think the idea behind this whole thing is to get the shoe brand out to all stores whether they are skate related or not. Even HUF clothes is not exclusive to just the HUF shop now. You can see it at skate shops and boutique ones. I am sure it will be the same for the shoes....and boutique buyers buy at skate shops as well....so it is a win/win or lose/lose situation.
