Spots in Movies
« on: August 15, 2010, 03:28:18 PM »
Damn it feels good to get on this board again.  Thanks SLAP for the new forum format.  So I'm checking out this Law Abiding Citizens movie with Jamie Foxx and the new Mel Gibson (forgot his name).  After the scene where this guy's family get's killed, they cut to the Billy Penn statue and then show the steps where Eric Koston nose slides the curved rail at City Hall.  Got me thinking there's gotta be a ton of movies where a prominent spot is shown from a skate video. So the game is name a movie, skater, spot and video.  No bullshit sponsor me videos allowed.

You can see NYC Courthouse in The Godfather as well
Check out my original thought: Chris Cole does some ugly tricks and has wack kit! I'm super edgy and interesting because of my controversial opinions.

It's not a movie, but Love Park and City Hall have been featured in some episodes of Always Sunny.

not a movie and not a famous spot, so it's pretty much irrelevant to this thread.

BUT, on mtv's new show 'if you you really knew me' they go to freedom high school in oakley, california, where there's a ton of spots that you can see on the show. it was weird because i was just channel surfing after getting home from skating there and happened to see said spots on the tv.
