Maybe not the best place for this question so excuse me if it should be elsewhere.

Gonna pick up a pair of the white Busenitz Vulc's. Been wearing exclusively Vans for a while now and just wondering about the fit. I hear ppl talk about going a half size up for addidas but usually in comparison to Nike.

No experience with Nikes. So, just wondering what you folks would recommend. I'm a UK 10 in vans slip-on pros, eras and authentics. Think  I should go up to 10.5 for Busentiz or should 10 be all good??

Adidas sizing is a bit wonky for sure. I've never had Adidas skate shoes, so can't say anything about how they fit but I have noticed that UK size 10 in Adidas shoes is US size 10.5 and not 11 like in every other shoe (except Converse). That's something to take into account when getting ppls' opinions on the sizing.

Adidas cupsoles fit true-to-size, while their vulcs are a bit small...I would go half a size up for vulcs. I don't know if their sizing is incosistent, but I've bought Busenitz and Busenitz Vulcanized, 10-12 times. Adidas is a brand that I only buy from shops, by the way, and I did have to go .5 up on 1 pair of cupsoles...it was the black/gum with yellow stripes. That last part doesn't help because I was just reminiscing.

I should probably stop giving advise. I have these bony intrusions in my heels. My right foot is a bit worse than the left. I could be wearing the wrong size because my smaller toes are always swollen.

In my Nike SB's I used to wear a 9us/8uk/42,5eu/27cm, but now with the Adidas skateboarding I use a 8,5us/8uk/42eu/26,5cm (for the uk dudes, notice that the uk sizing still the same, the rest goes down half size) in all shoes, even the buz pro. Only the buz samba vulc is an exception for me, they are pretty tiny so I had to go with a 9us/8,5uk.
Definitely trying them out first would be the safest bet.
