Thunder 147 low's are back
« on: October 18, 2010, 03:07:31 PM »
I made a topic  the other week asking about them and deluxe just got back to me and said they just started making them again. Apparently the mold for them was broken.

is the king pin clearance ok on 147 lows or is it shitty like the 145 lows? can you use a t tool to tighten the trucks?

Clearance is decent, but you need to use a special tool that comes with the trucks.

Raw trucks are gonna be gone, once they sell out. Just polished from here on out.
I know we've only known each other four weeks and three days, but to me it seems like nine weeks and five days.

oh ok. although i think that guys comment was serious. i remember the kingpins on thunders being angled to where the hanger got in the way of a regular t tool. i just always used a wrench with mine.

i am very serious! i hate that i can't tighten 147 highs with my t tool so i stopped skating them. i wanted to know if 147 lows could be tightened with a t tool but i guess that is a question that is too hard to answer.
