Dang....I had no idea that was the case. Pretty odd considering both had premiere parts together. I am sure if he stayed on, he could have turned pro soon after.

Zach's mean- I was out in the city in front of a bar where he asked to use my lighter and after i lent it to him i asked to see his board and he said no. asshole

He cut his dreads and that was it, huh?? His dreads is what gave him his talent!!! Haha

Wow that adelmo story is really sad man, they had no right to do that shit. I could understand if you were convicted and got sentenced to a term in prison but for a stay of a few hours while your transferring thats bullshit. Damn, that's pretty fucked. I'm glad he took it so well, it's a testement to his character. In the 70's my old man was a foreign diplomat in Malaysia who has super heavy drug laws, he was in the airport and had 70's disco hair like big jerri curls, the airport police wanted to cut it off because they though he was smuggling drugs in it but legally they couldn't stop him because of diplomatic immunity but they still wanted too so he ends up in a fight with 2 police and thrown in a cell until a judge confirmed they couldn't touch him. His is a funny story but Adelmo Jr's is a matter of religious importance.

Been riding the Quim Tapestry 8.25 which I'm completely stoked on but the tail feels a little short for me. It is under 6.5. I want to switch to your board (8.1) in the Sacred Logo series and was curious if the tail was longer.

i think Kayo 8.25 boards just have longer noses and small tails. I had a Pepper board that had a long nose and a short tail. Kayo 8.1 boards have a better shape for sure!

Thank you Karl. I really appreciate that! I hate sounding like 'that guy', I was just curious bc the tail on my Quim seemed so short for an 8.25 board. If the tails were a little bit longer I would most likely ride Organika boards exclusively, and that's the truth. Huge fan of your company's aesthetic. Everything looks amazing, both the soft goods and hard goods.

EDIT: And since my last post I did order your board in the Sacred Logo series. The 8.1 shape. Looking forward to setting that up.
