A friend of mine from SD told me that Ben Raybourn was kicked off 1031. Does anyone know if this is true?

maybe if Svitak was interested in his company going belly up, but I dont see that being the case. Raybourn is killing shit right now.

That sucks he was a perfect fit on 1031, they just had footage of him from the bowl contest in Oz, but it is now missing from the page.

Swoooooosh! Remember that sound? Thats right, its the sound of that toilet flushing again! In all seriousness though, We are here to announce that our little buddy Ben Raybourn is leaving 1031. At the same time he is also being let go from Landshark wheels. A quitting and a kick off all in one!? Weird right? Could be a first?
Anyways, nothing ugly went down, we are all still friends. Ben is a great skateboarder and and even better person. And with that being said, as friends we support him in his decisions and wish him all the best!
Now is the time for you to hit the message boards! For the rest of us, we'll be out skating!

He quit 10311 so they let him go from Landshark wheels....

Fuck all the 1031 hate, one of the best companies out. Ben seems like a good kid, it sucks for 1031, he owes his whole skate career to them, not many other companies would have taken on a kid who skates like it is 1985 and gave him a pro board. Still looking forward to the new Jason Adams stuff.
