darkstar was a wheel company before it was a board company right? i remember them always trying out new technologies and stuff, mullens behind it obviously. shouldn't be too bad.

Come to think of it, you're probably right.

Another company that comes to mind are a set of Black Label wheels I had a long time ago. Weren't the greatest wheels, but they weren't bad either.

Why would you want to go out of your way to buy a wheel that is made by a board company? This thread makes no sense.

Yeah mine flatspotted fast too. This suprised me because people treat Spitfire like it's the best wheel to ever happen. Good marketing I guess.

Spits are pretty overrated in my opinion.  Maybe I just have bad luck but every set I've had ended up flat/coned/YELLOW in a matter of weeks.  My Koston Frostbites actually have CHUNKS missing out of them  :-\

I had a set of Darkstars back when they first came out and they were actually really nice.  That was at least 10 years ago though, I'd stay far away from Darkstar these days.

I'd really like to try some Bones or Autobahns though.
