Shoe Dye help
« on: April 22, 2011, 02:11:31 AM »
I have this problem. I bought a pair of Fallen Troopers, but they are white. I like them, I just cant wear white shoes. So I decided to dye them, but I never did it ,and I dont know what to use, so I dont ruin them. I dont know the name of material in english, so this is the picture:

Is it okay if I use this?

I know you guys do those things, so I would really apreciate an advice.

Try this stuff http://www.fiebing.com/Dyes.aspx

I used it on some loud colored dunks (made all black).  Works well on suede and I think it works on leather also.  You can pick up at any shoe repair store.

I used spray, and this is the result, I like it a lot. All blacked out, just how I like my shoes.. I was expecting it to come out a lot of worse, I think Im gonna do this a lot more.

Looks good, I'd be interested to see how it looks after a few weeks of skating.
