Some companies also use more than 1 woodshop. Watch out for price point decks made in China.

I'm pretty sure most regular NHS decks are made in China now.

On that list, Traffic is definitely Woodchuck now, not Churchill. I would assume the other brands under Syndrome also use Woodchuck right now as well.

There are also some very small companies that make decks in house in the USA, like Deckcrafters and Fivepoints.
