In the throws of a recession this pilot reveals the account of two friends who have the ambition to hitchhike across America on a shoestring budget. With a loose plan in place, the cohorts hit the road for good times, new friends, unique situations and skate spots and experiences that challenge them and will change them forever.

I'm about 4 minutes in, and I was hoping that band would be called Larry and His Flask. They stayed in my house on the last leg of their tour before heading back to Oregon. Those dudes are rad!

Cool. But it'd be cooler seeing this in a more DIY setting. Yeah, they're hitchhiking, but there is also the swoosh saftey net. I could see the Sorcery 118 dudes doing this for realz.

We'd pitched the pilot to a few media outlets including the popular action sports-based company that oddly enough, hosts a popular reality show with a cheerleader snow bro named Dingo. Due to tightened budgets and little room for additional shows in their program calendar, we gained little traction with our pitch. It was time to move on to other projects in our lives.
