NEWS: Skate's penalties in BARCELONA

There's a new party in the Barcelona's government and this is what she said in her latest interview:

"Ada Colau, Barcelona�s new Mayor, claimed this morning in a meeting with the Catalan Ombudsman she will revise the penalties the police has been enforcing to the skaters in the city. Colau considers these fines are exorbitant and she�s definitely against them[...]"
