Joints
« on: June 17, 2011, 10:46:14 PM »
I'm starting snap, crackle, and pop these days, so I've been thinking about diet and exercises I could be doing to keep my joints healthier.  My friend said his cousin's doctor recommended he drink pineapple juice after his knee surgery, but I'm not so sure about that. What do you guys do to keep your wrists, elbows, knees, and ankles from sounding like bubble wrap?

dude it's not really rocket science, you know what eating healthy consists of. treat your body right, get your veggies for sure, and get enough protein to keep yourself fueled. iron and calcium for yer bones, magnesium for your joints. potassium is good too.

I eat well and take vitamins, but I  was wondering if there were any things that people on the board do to get a step beyond that.

Eat healthy, exercise, and stretch before and after skating, exercising, etc.
