i'd have to say Leo and Kirchart have two of my favorite fs noseslides!! i dunno if its just me but i notice how when they lock into em, their back legs fully extend so the board is sticking perfectly 90 degrees off of the rail for a couple of feet...and then SCOOOOOPPPPP it out and roll away...fuckin beautiful!

you rarely ever see people lock into them like that.  This guy deserves his own thread in this section.  It's worth it to sit through this whole part for it,  He does a layback grind at chaffey!

cards footy always makes my day....  crooked grinds are a dime a dozen, but the one cards did on the white ledge just looks so damn good....

frontside noseslides: go to trick for high ledges....

Great trick but once the summer of '92 ended and it was completely unacceptable to slappy into them anymore, I could only do them on really high shit where you have to shove your nose upwards into it. To this day I slide out 99% of the time when I come down onto the top of a ledge. The trick just never came naturally on street, but for some reason they came easier than backside noseslides on tranny.

Link to a section in the Videos thread. Mark Frolich does some amazing ones in The Done Video, some of my favorites ever.

This deserves mention.

Kalis asks Moses, "When you front noseslide, do you scoop it or pop it." Moses replies with a shit eating grin and an emphatic "Scoop."

I never, ever considered this when thinking frontside noseslide. However, as soon as he asked it, I realized I am a 'scoop' backside tailslider, and there are definitely 'pop' backside tailsliders. I still don't quite get the idea for a frontside noseslide... maybe Kalis can chime in and explain a bit more. I'm fascinated.

FS Noseslides always looked so sick, Lizards on Hollywood 16 is pretty fucking nuts.

He lives in Tucson, AZ. Keeps it pretty low key with his family. He does skate lessons or something like that if I'm not mistaken.
