i keep on saying to myself ill learn how to push non mongo whilst switch but it doesnt seem important enough at all, id rather try learn something else, or just float about and do a load of kickflips till my shoes break
I'm going to argue that Placebo owes their entire career to a Canadian dude's skate video part. Appleyard should be getting royalties for this shit.

just do what feels right, myself i can push switc with both my feet, but if you can only push mongo switch, everybody KNOWS your gonna do a trick switch.. i think some people use this technique :P

I pushed mongo when I first started skating and it is probably why I always felt comfortable pushing switch regular, since it's essentially mongo regular with your foot higher up on the deck.

If it looks good, it's legit. There's no real rule of thumb, I mean look at Gonz. I've seen him push almost every way a person can on a skateboard, mongo or not, and it's pretty awesome. I mean he is kind of an exception to the rule but that's what I mean, there are always exceptions.
