that ring left over on a plastic bottle after you take off the cap, i always remove it and chew on it.  can't help it.

if i go up stairs i always have to count them. going down doesn't matter though.

But sweating more than you would without a beanie causes the air around your face to become more humid, which in turn doesn't allow the sweat to evaporate and cool your body off.  It's not the sweat that cools your body down, it's the sweat evaporating.  Just saying.
