gay longboard truck question

so, some longboard dude got himself new trucks and left the old ones at the shop. i took em home, and now i think of putting them on a cruiser, whatever. they have the kingpin at front pointing to nose and tail. will it work to turn them around and set them up like reguar trucks?

it will, like with normal trucks, make the board turn the wrong way... obviously
