Live at the Sunset Strip is an all-time classic stand up, if not the greatest.

Great autobiography too.

Buddyhead.com presents: Richard Pryor loaded on cocaine

Fuck, what a great dose of perspective.   He had me at "Steve Martin is the Great White Hope!"  ....but glad I stayed for him and that Tucson rancher fellow sitting together at the end.  Cocaine is one hell of a drug, but would a bottle of wine in his system have resulted in a dramatically different scenario?

to be fair the method in which the "crack" variety of "freebase" is made of involves flammable chemicals, unlike baking soda freebase. big difference. but hey it's all greek to me ;)

and that's only technically speaking, most people call any cocaine freebase crack, especially baking soda cook up/"cookie", which is incorrect. technically speaking. if you brought me a chunk of baking soda cookie for me to smoke right now and called it crack i would not complain.
